3. What are the minimum hardware requirements needed to run globe7 for Mobile ?

4. Do I require a new account for Globe7 Mobile?

If you have already registered with Globe7 desktop version then you can use the same ID for logging into the mobile version also.

6. What is WiFi hotspot ? Where can I find them ?

Wi-Fi hotspot is a public used place enabling Internet connection with a WiFi enabled device such as a notebook computer and of course your mobile phone. Some Hotspots offer open free connection and some will require a user name and password. These are becoming very common places worldwide and it is made available in most of the hotels, airports, railway stations, coffee shops, public houses and restaurants.

7. With Globe7, can I receive calls from any landline or mobile phone?

The Globe7 ID which you get with registration enables you to make outgoing calls and receive PC to PC calls. But to receive calls from any landline or mobile phone, you need a US phone number. You can get a free US phone number just by becoming a Gold Member. However, you need not register again with the US phone number as your initial registration is sufficient

8. Can I become a Gold Member? What are the Gold Member benefits?

9. How can I make or receive voice calls through Globe7?

Making calls through Globe7 is fast and easy. Login to Globe7 and you will see the default Dial screen. Enter the phone number in the text field by clicking digits from the dialpad. Now, click the Dial button to connect to the destination. To disconnect the call, just click the Hang Up button.

10. What is the dialing pattern for making calls?

For Free International Calls:
Dial in this order: 00 + Country Code + Regional Code + Telephone Number. Ex: 00 91 44 254236545.

For US and Canada:
Dial in this order: 1 + Regional Code + Telephone Number. Ex: 1 781 6132085

11. From where can I get extra talk time?

You can get extra talk time from our online stores at www.oneoperator.com/store.php At present, we are offering $5, $10, $25, $50 and $100 talk time denominations.
